These Terms of Service are established for the purpose of regulating the terms and conditions of use and operation of the OMPASS application (hereinafter "Service") and OMPASS Cloud Administrator (administrator page) (hereinafter "Site") operated by One More Security Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Company").
These Terms of Service are intended to regulate the conditions for the use and operation of the OMPASS application (hereinafter "Service") and OMPASS Cloud Administrator (hereinafter "Site") operated by One More Security Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Company").

The company may announce separate operating policies as needed, and when these terms and operating policies conflict, the operating policies take precedence.
The use contract is established when the administrator applies for membership, agrees to these terms, and the company approves it.
A person who wants to become a member (administrator) agrees to these terms by reading these terms and selecting 'Agree' when signing up for the site.
Consent to purchase conditions and payment process is indicated by reading and agreeing to these terms before payment.
Up to 10 users are free, and 11 or more users can use the service after payment.
For 11 or more users, a regular payment of 2,200 won per user is made monthly (every 30 days) from the payment date, and service use is possible immediately after payment.
If the number of users changes after payment, the next regular payment is calculated based on the changed total number of users and is reflected on the next payment date, not the change date.
You can change the number of users when re-payment after subscription cancellation.
If regular payment is cancelled, you can use the service for the remaining period, and when re-payment, regular payment resumes from the new payment date.
If regular payment fails on the payment date, the service is maintained for 30 days, and payment is attempted once a day from the failure date. For PayPal, it is attempted up to 2 times every 5 days from the failure date.
Members who want to terminate the service use contract can terminate it through member withdrawal in the administrator management page.
Subscription cancellation is not withdrawal of offer but cancellation of regular payment, and use is possible until the expiration date after cancellation.
Members who want a refund can apply for a refund by clicking the '[Refund]' button on the 'Payment' page within 7 days from the payment date, and 100% of the recent 1-month payment amount will be refunded.
