Article 1 Purpose

These Terms of Service are intended to regulate the conditions for the use and operation of the OMPASS application (hereinafter "Service") and OMPASS Cloud Administrator (hereinafter "Site") operated by One More Security Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Company").

Article 2 Definition of Terms

The definitions of major terms used in these terms are as follows.

Administrator (hereinafter "Member"): A customer who agrees to these terms and enters into a service use contract, and uses the service by managing sub-administrators and users

â‘¡

Sub-administrator: A person registered by the administrator who completes email verification and manages and uses the service and site

â‘¢

User: A person who uses the service to log in to the applied application

â‘£

User ID (hereinafter "ID"): A combination of letters and numbers that the member sets and the company approves for member identification and service use

⑤

Password: A combination of letters and numbers that the member sets to verify whether it matches the ID assigned to the member and to protect the member's rights and interests

â‘¥

Use Contract: A contract concluded between the company and the member regarding the use of the service and site

⑦

Termination: The company or member cancels the service use contract

Article 3 Other Rules

The company may announce separate operating policies as needed, and when these terms and operating policies conflict, the operating policies take precedence.

Article 4 Conclusion of Use Contract and Purchase Conditions

The use contract is established when the administrator applies for membership, agrees to these terms, and the company approves it.

â‘¡

A person who wants to become a member (administrator) agrees to these terms by reading these terms and selecting 'Agree' when signing up for the site.

â‘¢

Consent to purchase conditions and payment process is indicated by reading and agreeing to these terms before payment.

â‘£

Up to 10 users are free, and 11 or more users can use the service after payment.

For 11 or more users, a regular payment of 2,200 won per user is made monthly (every 30 days) from the payment date, and service use is possible immediately after payment.

â‘¥

If the number of users changes after payment, the next regular payment is calculated based on the changed total number of users and is reflected on the next payment date, not the change date.

You can change the number of users when re-payment after subscription cancellation.

â‘§

If regular payment is cancelled, you can use the service for the remaining period, and when re-payment, regular payment resumes from the new payment date.

If regular payment fails on the payment date, the service is maintained for 30 days, and payment is attempted once a day from the failure date. For PayPal, it is attempted up to 2 times every 5 days from the failure date.

Article 5 Withdrawal of Offer (Refund Regulations)

Members who want to terminate the service use contract can terminate it through member withdrawal in the administrator management page.

â‘¡

Subscription cancellation is not withdrawal of offer but cancellation of regular payment, and use is possible until the expiration date after cancellation.

â‘¢

Members who want a refund can apply for a refund by clicking the '[Refund]' button on the 'Payment' page within 7 days from the payment date, and 100% of the recent 1-month payment amount will be refunded.

Article 6 Service Use Application

â‘ 

Administrators applying for service use must accurately fill in the items requested by the company (surname, first name, email address, country code, phone number, company name).

â‘¡

Members who register false information or steal others' information cannot claim any rights related to site use and may be subject to legal punishment.

Article 7 Privacy Policy

â‘ 

The service, site, and company do not store passwords provided during member registration, and related matters follow the site's privacy policy.

â‘¡

The company strives to protect members' personal information including registration information in accordance with relevant laws.

â‘¢

Matters related to personal information protection follow relevant laws and the privacy policy set by the site.

â‘£

The company is not responsible for information exposed due to the member's fault.

If a member registers or distributes illegal applications, the company may view and submit the member's data at the request of related institutions.

Article 8 Company's Obligations

â‘ 

The company strives to process legitimate member opinions or complaints as quickly as possible. However, if rapid processing is difficult due to personal reasons, efforts are made to notify or contact the member by email or phone afterwards.

â‘¡

The company strives to repair or restore equipment without delay when equipment malfunctions or is lost for continuous and stable service provision. However, site operation may be temporarily suspended in case of natural disasters or equivalent force majeure.

Article 9 Member's Obligations

â‘ 

Members must comply with these terms, regulations set by the company, usage guidelines and precautions, and must not engage in other acts that interfere with the company's business.

â‘¡

Members cannot transfer or donate service use rights or other positions under the use contract to others without the company's explicit consent, and cannot provide them as collateral.

â‘¢

Members must not provide their ID to third parties without the consent of the company or site regarding service use, and are responsible for managing their ID and password.

â‘£

Members must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of the company, service, or site, or infringe on third parties' intellectual property rights.

Article 10 Service Use Time

â‘ 

The service operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in principle, unless there are special business or technical obstacles. However, days or times set by the company for regular inspections are excluded. The site announces the reason and period in advance in this case.

â‘¡

The site may restrict or suspend all or part of the service in the following cases:

â‘  When the site sets for system inspection, expansion and replacement

â‘¡ When there are obstacles to normal service use due to power outages, equipment failures or surges in usage

â‘¢ When there are obstacles to service use due to national emergencies, service equipment failures or surges in service use

â‘£ Other cases where the site deems necessary due to serious reasons

â‘¢

When the site restricts or suspends service use according to the provisions of paragraph 2, it must notify the member of the reason and restriction period without delay. However, prior notice is impossible for service suspension due to reasons beyond the site's control, and post-notice is possible in this case.

Article 11 Service Use Restrictions

Members must not engage in the following acts, and the site may take measures such as service use restrictions, legal action, service use contract termination or service use suspension when such acts are committed.

Acts of registering false content when joining or changing information after joining

Acts of interfering with other users' service/site use or stealing information

â‘¢

Acts of impersonating service/site operators, employees or related persons

Acts of infringing on the personality rights or intellectual property rights of the service/site or other third parties or interfering with business

Acts of improperly using other members' IDs

Acts of collecting, storing, or disclosing other members' personal information

Acts that are objectively recognized as related to crime

Other acts that violate relevant laws

Article 12 Compensation for Damages

â‘ 

All civil and criminal liability for the service and site lies with the member.

â‘¡

The service and site are not responsible for damages caused by the member's intent or negligence.

â‘¢

The service credit of this service and site follows the 'Site Service Level Agreement'.

Article 13 Exemption

â‘ 

The company is not responsible for the loss of profits that members expect from using the service, nor is it responsible for damages caused by the selection or use of service data.

â‘¡

The company is exempt from liability in case of service base failures or telecommunications service failures provided by other telecommunications operators, and damages related to the site's service base follow the site's terms of service.

â‘¢

The company is not responsible for any materials stored, posted or transmitted by members.

â‘£

The company is not responsible for service use obstacles caused by the member's fault.

The company has no obligation to intervene in disputes between members or between members and third parties through the service, and has no responsibility to compensate for damages caused thereby.

The company is not responsible for the reliability, accuracy, etc. of materials posted or transmitted by members.

Privacy Policy

OneMoreSecurity (hereinafter "Company") providing 'OneMorePass' (hereinafter "OMPASS") service strives to protect users' personal information and complies with relevant laws such as the 'Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection' and the 'Personal Information Protection Act'. The Company discloses this privacy policy in accordance with relevant laws so that users can easily understand how the Company processes personal information.

Article 1 Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information

Supply of OMPASS administrator site and app services, identity verification and authentication for membership services, prevention of service misuse, securing contact information for customer support, complaint handling and civil complaint processing, statistics on members' service use, provision of advertising information, provision of customized services according to statistical characteristics

Information provided by users using membership services is retained from the time of membership registration until withdrawal.

For services other than membership services, personal information is deleted immediately when the purpose of use is achieved, and may be retained according to the retention period announced for each service.

Article 6 Procedure and Method of Personal Information Destruction

Personal information is destroyed without delay when the purpose of collection and use is achieved or the retention period has elapsed. The destruction procedure and method are as follows.

Article 7 Rights of Users and Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them

Users can withdraw their consent regarding the use of personal information provided through service termination application. The 'Company' takes necessary measures immediately when there are requests for withdrawal of consent, access, or modification, and especially for information modification requests, the information is not used until the information is corrected. All personal information protection-related complaints arising from using OMPASS service can be requested through the contact information provided in this privacy policy.

Article 8 Matters Concerning Safety Measures for Personal Information

The Company takes administrative, technical, and physical measures necessary for safety as follows when processing personal information.

Administrative measures: Establishment and implementation of internal management plans, regular education on personal information protection for employees, etc.

Technical measures: Access authority management for personal information processing systems, installation of encryption and security programs, etc.

Physical measures: Access control for personal information storage places such as server rooms and data storage rooms

Article 9 Installation, Operation and Refusal of Devices that Automatically Collect Personal Information such as Internet Access Information Files

The 'Company' uses 'cookies' to provide personalized services to users. 'Cookies' are data files sent from HTTP servers to users' browsers and stored on users' devices. Cookies may contain information about websites used and users' personal information. Users can adjust web browser options to accept all cookies, send notifications when cookies are installed, or refuse all cookies.
